We accept payment by Maestro, JCB, MasterCard, Solo, Switch, Visa, Visa Debit and online gift certificates. Please note that you cannot use zavvi store gift certificates, Virgin store gift cards or Virgin vouchers to make online purchases.
We will not charge your card until the item is in stock and has been allocated to your order. Until this point no contract has been formed between you and us.
Please ensure that the billing address you give us is the same as your card billing address, and the expiry date on your card will be valid at the time that we despatch your order. Please note that we will not be able to fulfill your order if your card has expired when we are preparing your item(s) for despatch.
Pricing policy
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of all applicable local taxes and duties for delivery to the UK.
We reserve the right to alter product prices on the website to reflect any increase in the cost of the products for reasons beyond our reasonable control, this may include (but is not limited to) pricing mistakes, tax or other duty increases.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate and up to date sometimes errors do occur and the prices stated are incorrect. The correct price should be taken as the one displayed in the basket at checkout. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
