Product prices on our site are exclusive of postage and packing charges. A summary of these charges can be found at our Delivery and Shipping information page. ZOG reserves the right to change this shipping policy without notice.

   

We will endeavour to deliver the product(s) to you as soon as possible, in accordance with our shipping policy and the products' availability as set out on the website.

   

Some products are fulfilled from Guernsey - these items are clearly marked as such and display the text "This product will be supplied from Guernsey" on the product details page, basket and in the order confirmation email.


Delivery timescales are as follows:

   

If the product is listed as "Usually dispatched within 1-2 days”, “Usually dispatched within 7 days”, “Usually dispatched within 2 weeks”, “Usually dispatched within 2-4 weeks” or "Usually dispatched within 4-6 weeks", this means that we have no copies available in our warehouse and we will have to order the item from our suppliers. This can take as little as 1-2 days but as it depends on the stock situation at the supplier, this is out of our control. If we cannot source the product within 60 days, we will cancel your order and notify you of this by email.

   

Dispatch estimates are for working days.

   

Deliveries will be made to the address that you give us for delivery of the product(s).

If you change your mind... your right to cancel

   

You may cancel your order for any reason at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after you have received the goods. A "working day" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If we have not yet shipped your order you may be able to cancel item(s) depending on their current order state.

   

Should you wish to cancel your order, the following terms will apply:

   

Back Order/Ordered from Supplier
Any items in your order that are currently showing a status of 'Back Order' or 'Ordered from Supplier’ can be cancelled via the 'your account' section. Click the link for ‘your orders’ and then select the order number to view your order. You will see options to 'Cancel' products that are 'Back Order' or 'Ordered from Supplier'. Click the ‘Cancel’ box beside the item(s) you wish to cancel and then confirm this. You will receive confirmation of your cancellation to your registered email address.

   

In Progress/Despatched
If the order status shows as 'In Progress' the billing and despatch process for your order has commenced. In this circumstance, you will need to cancel the order by waiting until you receive the item(s) and then following the instructions on the Despatch Note which is sent with your order, and returning the item(s) to us. We will then process your cancellation and issue a full refund. Please note that your right to cancel does not apply to any product which you have unsealed from the packaging in which it was supplied.

   

Further details of your right to cancel are given in the e-mail confirming your order. If you are wishing to return products because they are faulty please see the 'Returns' paragraph below.

   

Returns

We hope that all of our customers are happy with their purchases. If any product we deliver is not what you ordered or is defective or damaged, please let our Customer Service Department know as soon as possible and we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy.

   

If you wish to return any item(s) from your order please fill out the back of the Despatch Note which is sent with all orders, detailing your reasons for return. You can then send the package back to us using the Freepost address provided. Once we receive the item(s) at our warehouse, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.

   

For any item(s) which are defective, damaged or sent in error by us, we will refund the cost of the item(s) plus the cost of any postage charges paid by you as part of your initial order. If you require a replacement we will send this to you free of charge.

   

For items which are no longer wanted we will refund the cost of the item but we will not refund any postage charges paid by you as part of your intial order. We will not issue any refunds where the item has been removed from its sealed packaging.

   

Please note that items must be returned within 28 days of receipt in order for them to qualify for a refund.

Shipping charges

We ship free of charge to all UK addresses.

   

For shipments to the Republic of Ireland and mainland Europe, shipping is charged at £2.00 per order plus £2.00 for each item ordered. So an order for one CD, DVD, Game or Book will cost £4.00, with an additional £2.00 for each further item ordered.

   

For shipments to countries outside Europe, shipping is currently charged at £4.50 per item.

   

International Delivery Restrictions
Please note that we do not ship certain products outside the United Kingdom. These include, but are not limited to, all Games Consoles and other Electronic products. Orders received for such products that are destined for shipping outside the UK will be automatically cancelled.
