Redeeming gift certificates
If you wish to redeem a gift certificate, please cut and paste the certificate code (ensuring no gaps either side) into the ‘Use gift certificate’ box in the Payment section in Checkout, then click ‘submit certificate’. This box is. Please note that gift certificates are not the same as coupons; so do not enter a gift certificate code into the coupon section.

Redeeming promotional coupons
If you wish to redeem a discount voucher or coupon, please cut and paste the voucher code (ensuring no gaps either side) into the ‘enter coupon code’ box, then click ‘submit coupon’.

Virgin gift vouchers
We are pleased to confirm that zavvi stores will continue to accept Virgin Megastores vouchers for the foreseeable future.

Using store gift cards
Please note that for legal reasons zavvi store gift cards cannot be redeemed online.

Using online gift certificates
Please note that for legal reasons online gift certificates cannot be redeemed in zavvi stores.
