Despatches
We usually despatch individual items as soon as they are available, so you may receive a number of deliveries for one order.
When we do despatch any item we will send you an email. If your order contains more than one item you may receive multiple emails relating to the same order.
Despatch times
When you place an order on the site we show an estimated despatch time. This is when we estimate we will be able to ship your order. Please note that you should allow an additional 2-5 days for goods to be delivered to your door.
If your order has not arrived we’ll chase it up for you, but before contacting us regarding any item not received you should allow a minimum 10 working days from despatch.
Delivery timescales
If a product is listed as ‘Usually despatched within 1-2 days’, ‘Usually despatched within 7 days’, ‘Usually despatched within 2 weeks’, ‘Usually despatched within 2-4 weeks’ or ‘Usually despatched within 4-6 weeks’, this means that we have no copies available in our warehouse and we will have to order the item from our suppliers.
This can take as little as a few days but as it depends on the stock situation at the supplier, this is out of our control. We will continue trying to source the product from the supplier for a reasonable period (usually 45 days) after you order. If we cannot source it within this time we will cancel your order and send you a cancellation email.
Despatch estimates are working days. Once items are in stock at our warehouse we will Despatch them within 24 hours.
Deliveries will be made to the address that you give us for delivery of the product(s).

Shipping outside the UK
We ship to most countries. The shipping cost is calculated at the point of ordering and will be added to the price shown in your basket. Please note that for high value orders we use a courier service to ensure secure delivery.

Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order for any reason at any time up to the end of the seventh working day after you have received the goods. A ‘working day’ means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you do wish to cancel, the following terms will apply:
If we have not yet despatched the product, you may cancel your order by logging into your account on the website and accessing your order history (‘your orders’). If there is a ‘Cancel’ option we have not allocated or despatched your order and you may cancel it online.
If we have allocated the product to your order or already despatched it then you will need to cancel the order by waiting until you receive the item(s) and then following the instructions on the Despatch Note which is sent with your order, and returning the item(s) to us. We will then process your return and issue a refund or replacement as appropriate. Please note that your right to cancel does not apply to any product that you have unsealed from the packaging in which it was supplied.
Further details of your right to cancel are given in the e-mail confirming your order. If you are wishing to return products because they are faulty please see the 'Returns' paragraph below.

Cancellation by us
Occasionally we may have to cancel an order if the availability of the product(s) in your order has changed after the order was placed. If this happens we will send you an email confirming the cancellation and giving an explanation as to why the order has been cancelled.
