Virgin Money Credit Card Discount
Unfortunately the 10% online discount for Virgin Money Credit Card holders has been temporarily switched off due to a technical issue. We are working to resolve this and it will be reinstated soon. Please note that we are still able to honour your 10% saving - after you place your order, please forward your despatch confirmation email to our customer services team and they will sort it out for you!
Pre order delivery information
We are sure that you are eagerly anticipating the arrival of your pre order, so please see below for further help and information.
Your order will be in "back order" status until the item is allocated to you and payment taken. This means that we are waiting for the stock to arrive from our supplier. To process your order smoothly, payment will be requested a up to a week in advance of the release date. As detailed in our terms and conditions we do not request payment until the product is allocated so you should ensure that the payment can be completed successfully. Please note that incomplete payment will unfortunately result in the cancellation of your order and we will be unable to reinstate the order for you. (please see bellow for further information on pre authorised transactions)
Your despatch confirmation will be sent to you in an email. To make sure all orders are despatch quickly the confirmation may not be sent until after your order has left the warehouse so please do not panic if you do not receive the despatch confirmation until very late the day before. All efforts are made to ensure orders leave our warehouse to reach you on the day of release. We unfortunately cannot guarantee the arrival prior to release day.

Pre authorisation of funds
We do not charge you for your order until the item is allocated for despatch.
If you place an order for an item that is shown as available for despatch within 3-7 days, or 2-4 weeks, or is a pre order, your credit/debit card company will want to ensure that you have the funds available to pay for the order when it is charged to you. Therefore when placing any orders through our website, they will "pre authorise" the funds. Depending on your card issuer this pre authorisation may show on your statement, to ensure you are aware that the funds are being held.
When the order is allocated to you, we will request the payment out of the "pre authorisation" so you will not be billed twice. If you cancel your order the "pre authorised" funds will be released back to you.
Region coding
Please note that all games and DVDs offered on this site are coded to Region 2 and will not work in players not coded for this region. Region 2 includes Europe, Japan, South Africa, and Middle East (including Egypt).
