When George Sampson climbed lampposts and body popped to the tune of "Singing In The Rain" winning ITV's Britain's Got Talent in a blaze of glory, the nation went crazy. Here is talent in its purest form, the boy from Warrington who danced his way from humble beginnings to bagging £100,000 and the honour of dancing at the Royal Variety Performance. That night, 14 year old George was propelled to popularity of mindboggling proportion, Georgemania was born.

This heartwarming story started when George's mum encouraged him to take dance lessons in a bid to keep him off the streets of Warrington. He showcased his dance skills busking in Manchester and used the money to travel to London for Britain's Got Talent Auditions. In 2007 George didn't make the final stages of the competition. Undeterred, he returned a year later stronger than before and danced his way to the top as undisputed winner of Britain's biggest ever show. Now, crowds of screaming fans gather wherever he goes. This is full on Georgemania of the highpitched, glass shattering variety. From recording deals to movie offers, things just keep getting better for George Sampson and just like his dancing, it shows no sign of stopping.
